Nothing feels better than a well-pampered pair of feet. Our feet take so much abuse on a daily basis, from wearing heels to walking barefoot in the warm summer months, it's important to care for them on a daily basis. We also recommend you treat yourself to a pedicure once a week.

We have designed an easy, yet effective pedicure for you. So, kick off those shoes and give those tired and neglected feet a relaxing and rejuvinating treat!

Remove Polish | File & Shape | Soak | Push Cuticles
Exfoliate | Apply Base Coat | Apply Color Polish

Dampen a cotton ball with remover and saturate the nails for a few seconds, then swipe from the cuticle to the tip. For darker colors, saturate the nail a little longer to loosen polish. To eliminate polish from crevices, use an orangewood stick with a cotton tip soaked in remover.

Using a soft grade file, work very gently from the outside toward the center of the nail. See-sawing back and forth can fray and split the nail.

Apply a cuticle remover for two minutes, then soak feet in warm water and gentle soap for a few minutes, and pat dry.

Using a soft cuticle stick or just your fingers, push back the cuticles, gently in a circular motion, then wipe off nails. If you have hangnails, use nippers or small scissors to clip them. Don’t cut actual cuticles as it can cause an infection.

A unique and modern way of removing rough and callused skin on the bottoms of your feet is with the IPR® Callus-Remover Mitten. Unlike stones and files it is flexible and contours to your foot's shape. There is no need for old fashioned soaks or even soap and water. It's so convenient you can use it anywhere, anytime.

Get rid of any residue on the nail bed by wiping it with a cotton ball soaked with remover, then apply a base coat to protect the nail from color staining and to help nail polish adhere better. Visit NutraNail.com to learn about products for your specific nail type.

Load the nail polish brush and wipe one side against the bottle to get rid of excess polish, then use the other side to apply.

To help prevent chipping, first apply a horizontal stripe of polish over the very tip of your nail from left to right. Then, starting just above the cuticle area, apply a vertical stripe at the center of the nail bed to the tip of the nail. Then another vertical stripe on the left side of the nail bed, to the tip of the nail, and then another vertical stripe on the right side of the nail bed, to the tip of the nail. In three quick strokes you'll have covered your entire nail.

Wait one minute and add a second coat. Wait another minute and add a top coat for shine and protection.
